INVITATION TO TREAT
Kaiser Pro Shop reserves the right to accept or refuse customers offer to buy. The display of goods on this site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Kaiser Pro Shop unless, and until, an email is sent by Kaiser Pro Shop to you to confirm that your order has been shipped.
This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Kaiser Pro Shop of your offer to buy goods from Kaiser Pro Shop and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
Kaiser Pro Shop is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.
REPRESENTATION OF GOODS
Kaiser Pro Shop will do our utmost to represent the closest color in the photographs, to the actual products. However, colors of photographs may vary from the real products due to calibration.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kaiser Pro Shop and it's Providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs arising from any violation of these Terms of use, any activity related to your account (including infringement of third parties' intellectual property rights) or which or which arises from negligence, omission or fraud on your part or any other person who accesses Kaiser Pro Shop using your account service. You also agree to waive all claims you may have against Kaiser Pro Shop and its Providers for any losses or damages you may sustain in connection in using Kaiser Pro Shop.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither Kaiser Pro Shop nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
Kaiser Pro Shop does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of negligence of Kaiser Pro Shop, its directors, employees or other representatives.
Kaiser Pro Shop does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
Kaiser Pro Shop does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the Kaiser Pro Shop website or for any products purchased from the Kaiser Pro Shop website. Kaiser Pro Shop will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt, please email or call for return authorization, we will not accept returns without receipts. Returns for other than warranty issues will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returned merchandise must be accompanied with receipt, unused, in undamaged original packaging and in resalable condition.
Shipping cost for returned merchandise will be at buyers care.
Sale items do not qualify for returns.
TAX & DUTIES
Customers will be liable for tax and duties of their home state or country.
SHIPPING
Kaiser Pro Shop ships to all countries except non-traditional destinations ie. war zone, underdeveloped countries where there is no established courier or reliable shipping method. All our merchandize are shipped with appropriate carton boxes, heavy duty cardboard tubes will be used for shipping rods.

All orders received before 1pm will be shipped the next working day (except Sat/Sun & Public Holidays).
